I have an 800 number is connected to 5 different lines that rollup to each other as callers call in. The problem I am having is that if too many people call in at once the lines are not ringing busy, they are just getting a continuous ring or a long drawn out noise. I have RCO set at CFNO.

They'll follow the HUNT of the set that those lines are MARPed on. Look into that.

The RCO only applies to Forward No Answer (FDN)

You have to find out what line the Toll Free rings to first, identify the MARP TN for that DN, then find out where that TN hunts. At first glance, I'd say the hunt chain includes a DN that is not within earshot of the phones that are trying to answer these calls.

They are all hunting correctly. I confirmed that on every phone. It just seems that if more than 6 people call at once, they get that "out of service" message instead of a busy signal.
