Hello,I'm programming one SI v9.5.This machine was installed in France and now I'll installed in Spain.I have changed the " SYSTEM CUSTOMER COUNTRY OPTIONS "and I have configured like spain, but when I change the configuration one alarm major has jump, the ring generator.The alarm doesn't not appears while the configuration didn't not change.
Perhaps the VCC has broken ?

afaik there should be tn2202 ring generator circuit pack that is specific for french market. you'd better consult your local avaya office to resolve this.

The solution was repair the pins in the backplane,that were broken.
Thank you anyway.
