Has anyone hooked up a ring-down circuit through a Definity G3r? I was thinking I could do it by terminating the circuit on a CO trunk board (TN747B) port and using a Personal CO Line Group, but I just cannot get it to work. Is it even possible?

The specifics of the application would be useful. For instance, I connected 4 'Ring Down' circuits from a customers parking lot to their security department. These were actually 4 analog phones with the Hotline programmed as the security departments extension number. The only additional need was 4 'dry' circuits from SBC (It was cheaper then getting permits and rights-of-way to install private wiring).

If your circuit is from a different source, say from a different town or out of state, you should be able to assign it as a regular loop start trunk. Have you checked the circuit at the D-mark with a butt set and multi-meter to verify proper operation?
