Ring again Help Please!

rga on key 04
when pressed key 04 indicator comes on
problem = when called party hangs up, there no beep.
The key indicator just goes off and thats it.
Cls im thinking.

Can someone please tell me what i need to set.

Maybe this is dump question but did you check the volumen? At least the ligth blink?

No, volumes ok. Whats more theres another 3310 right next to it with rga on the same key that works fine. On the one that works the key stays selected until the called party is free. On the one that doesnt wotk the key indicator comes on and then goes off. Its driving me crazy
