Hi,
I have G3si V8 with RightFax server through E1.
Inbound and outbound works well but outboung calls from RightFax (Routing to public Network through Trunk to trunk Transfer) give a Cdr Type 9.
According to avaya Type 9 is used for Tandem call and Inbound Call and there's no way to change it.
It results in mess in my billing system and it obliged me to setup it to handle inbound call Type 9 as outbound calls and disable ticket four inbound calls in System Parameters Cdr.
Now my companie needs CDR on Incoming Call.
Is there someone who has an idea to dump system and force it to give me type 9 for trunk to trunk transfered Calls ?
