RightFax 8.0.3 form error

Hi all,
I have installed Right 8.0.3 on citrix using the CMC with an assigned transform. When I open Oulook 2003 in metaframe session I get an error "Microsoft Outlook can't provide form scripting support etc" .I click on OK twice and it takes me into Outlook.
I have replaces the outlvbs.dll from a non terminal server machine as recommended on forums. But this still does not help.
We r running Metaframe Presentation Server 3, Office 2003 SP1.

Any ideas please???

I have even installed it manually and the same error. Is this a issue with Terminal Server. Even if its the latest versions of all the applications.
