Right-Click Microsoft Access Menus
In Step 6, click the Commands tab and you'll see All Forms, All Reports, etc. Then just drag and drop them.
Then bring up the property sheet of the form, click Other and you'll see Shortcut Menu Bar. Click the down arrow and you'll see your new menu. GoTo form view, right click and behold.
