Whenever I right-click a file either on my desktop or in an explorer window, an error message (not xp error reporting) pops up and says "explorer.exe Fatal Application Exit" "Failed to load application texts. Immediate exit". Only the OK button is present on this error message, and once I click it, explorer quits right away and I have to restart it from the task manager
This does not happen when I right click empty space on my desktop or in an explorer window. It does happen when I right click on the start menu. It also happens, strangely enough, when I select a file and hit the delete key. Also, I cannot empty my recycle bin because of this, even by clicking empty my recycle bin in the left hand pane.
I can move files to the recycle bin by dragging and dropping, but I cannot empty it any way.
Does anybody have any solutions?
