Richtextbox context menu for Richtext box

Could somebody put me out of my misery with this please....!
I've googled the web and keep finding small tantalising snippets of code but nothing complete. I want to create a context menu to Copy, Cut and Paste etc for Richtext boxes on a form. I would also like to create an Edit option on the main menu with the ability to cut, paste, copy etc... but cannot find any complete examples. I'm a bit of a newbie with VB 2005/2008 so am looking for an example that takes you through from beginning to end.
