Hello,

I have recently installed Office XP onto my Windows 2000 machine in F7 working for the constabulary. I was working with VB6 and after the install of Office XP I opened my programme and everything was fine, I then logged on the next morning and all of the rich textboxes where not on the form. I get the error message:

"Errors during load. Refer to "\\G_CC1\USER\ADAM_RAY\HOME\working whole project\Status3.log" for details".

I then click continue and I get:

"License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment".

The log then tells me:

"Line 24: Cannot load control RichTextBox1; license not found."

I then click next and I get an error message:

"License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment". I then click ok and the programme doesn't run.

Any idea how I can find, install or check the status of the license of for the rich text box? or What can I do to get my programme back to the way it was with the rich text boxes working correctly?

Also any idea on why this would happen in the first place?

Sorry for the long thread I want to explain my problem in full

Thank you very much :)
