RFA - Authentication File Delivery system drives me mad

All,

I continue to have hit and miss success with trying to get ACM authentication files from RFA. I have been told "Try compatibility mode" on IE ...which i do but the webpage still times out and when i refresh i just go back to the beginning or get a blank webpage with no option to downlaod the file....pop up blocker is disabled too... I spend far to much time trying to get auth files, it should be simple

Does anyone have the same issues or know how to resolve this?

I wish Avaya could get a better delivery system or at least allow chrome/firefox to download too...get with the times please Avaya

Yeah, grab an old XP machine. I'm on Win7 with IE11 and seem to get by OK for what its worth
