If it's a TLU45 or TLU77/3, yes.

The software of your IPLU-s is old.
From R2G the software now is R3C

it is a TLU77/3, but i can get the revision in TSW and BC systems, but not in MX-One 3.1, why?

I dunno......I don't recall ever seeing CNBIP info for a TL45 board in BC9,BC11,BC12 or BC13.
