Reverse PTR records keeps dissapearing on the server

I notice sometimes when I do an nslookup for our internal dns, I get an error because the is no reverse lookup record. So I go and add one in, and all is well.

But days or weeks after I have added the pointer, it goes away and I get an nslookup error. Everything works fine, just get the error. Any ideas??
