Reverse Lookup Question

Good Day to All

Currently My DNS is only set up with a foward look-up since our main DNS is hosted outside of our network buy our ISP.
I just put into place a CISCO PIX firewall and want to allow access to the OWA in exchange.

I would like the users of OWA to just type in the URL

http://<server

name>/exchange/username instead of using the IP address they have to use now. The question is do I need to make a reverse lookup internally on my DNS only, or, have my ISP set up a reverse lookup for my exchange server only, or, do I have to do both?

Where are your users going to access OWA from? The internet or your internal network?

Set up an A record for your Exchange server on your external (your ISP's) DNS provider. Then you just need to forward the correct port on your PIX.
