Reverse DNS Windows 2003

OK, I've setup a reverse lookup zone in DNS in Windows 2003 for the 12.148.195.x Subnet. The NS is registered (dc1.wildwooddesigns.com), but the reverse lookup does not work even though the PTR records are in there (for 12.148.195.162, 163, etc.):

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=12.148.195.170

However, if I go here:

http://hunterftp.hunter.com/scripts/dnslookup.html

And lookup based on the name server I specified above, it seems to be ok. I don't understand all of this so if you have any suggestions, speak slowly to me.
