Returning Read Receipts using Outlook 2000

Hi All!

Does anyone know how to make Outlook 2000 ask you if you want to send a read receipt back to the sender like it does using Outlook Express 6?

Go to Tools-->Options-->Email Options-->Tracking Options. From there you can set it up to your satisfaction.

I found the tracking options right where you said they would be, but the options to send/not send read receipts is grayed out. Is this taking the default settings of the Exchange Server I connect to, or is there a registry hack (NT 4 Workstation) that can be used to make it so I can change the settings.
