Returning duplicate records in access query 1

HI

Could any one please advise me as to why when I link 2 or more tables I get a ridiculous amount of record returning. It is quite obvious that they are duplicating.

I am fairly new at access so could you please advise as to the following:

Can I stop the duplication in a query
or
Can I delete the duplicates
