Hi

When my Win2000 system becomes active again after having turned into stand-by mode, I get a command prompt window running "snmp.exe", the SNMP service file. Can someone tell me why this file is executed after a stand-by and if it can be avoided? Turning the command prompt window into a minimized icon or running it in the background automatically would help too (several users will surely close the window when I install my W2K configuration on their client systems, and this could cause problems if this file execution is really necessary).

Thank you,

Tim
