Retsricting what phones could call a particular extesion

Hello,

I have several phones setup with 3 digit extensions that are configured to auto answer.
These phones are tied to the pa system.

How could I restrict what phones could dial the 3 digit extensions.

You can prevent phones from accessing trunks but I don't know of a way to restrict them from calling other extensions.
