Retrieving Exchange Data windows

Users at my place gets this window very often which holds up everything and outlooks gets kinda stuck..
any idea what is this happening?
nyhelp will be appreciated.

Try deleting the outlook profile on the computer its happening and make another profile and see if it help.

It keeps popping up a window saying
RETRIEVING EXCHANGE DATA...
shows a progress bar, but during this process,no activity can be done.

Start with checking network issues.
Also check the Outlook and Exchange Server settings NOT to enable Instant Messaging.
