Retrieving elapsed time!! pls help

Hi

I have a table storing logs, and i would like to retrieve the elapsed time from the date in the logs till Now! I need to return something like 3 days 2 hours 14 min!

is it possible?

have a look at the date_diff functions...they may be what you need
