Retrieve Report 1

A user has scheduled a BO report to be refreshed on BCA and saved (as a PDF document) without exporting to the repository. Problem is we have lost all soft copies of this report, thus unable to retrieve the underlying SQL.

When I open the BCA console I can see the document on the queue but I don’t know how to obtain a copy of this – can anyone help please?

I believe, there is no option to retrieve scheduled documents
OK! Try this:
1) Check the document status in BCA console
2) If the document waiting for refresh then you can retrieve those document.
3) Modify task properties, include yourself in the distribution list .
Next time when the document refreshed by BCA you will get a copy.

If the document status is successful then the only way is to use some code to read repository data and save it into .rep file
