Retainage Accounting Through PO

Hi,

The only way I have figured out for Retainage Accounting to work through PO is to edit the Invoice batch once it comes into AP and tick the Retainage tick.

Does anybody know of any other viable methods ?

My specs are :
ACCPAC 5.2 Latest Service Packs
MS SQL 2000
OS Windows 2003 Server with XP workstations.
