Retail/Debug?

Hi
I tried to use extra diag CD that i get with W2000S and
noticed that there are two versions of Admin tools on CD:
1.Retail symbols and 2.Debug symbols.Could anyone explain me differences between those two versions cause i could not find description on CD nor on internet.
