Restricting Private lines

Does anyone know how to restrict a private line on a 3904 set from 4pm to 7 am? We do not want anyone to use this line after hours

i perfer auth codes with tod schedules, that allows the user to use the phone if they need it after hours

We use AUTH Codes on the normal extensions to access the trunks. However we do not use them on the private lines.
Is there a way to manually lock the phone ?
