Restricting Internet Explorer access?

I have a Windows 2000 server with all XP clients. Is there a way to create a policy to restrict Internet access to specific users. Any help would be appreciated, Andy

You should be able to create an OU, put the users you want restricted and set group policies on that OU removing internet access.
