Restricting copying files

Hello everyone, I just want to say first that all of you have been such a great help to me. I get thrown all kinds of issues on active directory each day and the assistance you have given me has helped me through my days. Here is my latest issue: A lan admin wants to restrict users from copying files from one folder to the other. In novell you had the option to deny them to do this. But in active directory there is no copy option to deny them. They have read/write access. How would I go about restricting them?

W2K server does not have a mechanism to restrict users from copying files. If they have read privileges, then they will be able to copy.
