Okay this is my first post but let me say thanks to everyone who posts responses, They have been incredibly helpful to me personally.

My problem is this. I would like to restrict access to my overhead paging. The real problem is that we have agents, some with service observe and some without. I know I can create COR's specific to each but I was wondering if there was another way. Any help would be appreciated.

You can set up FAC for overhead paging and give it only to people who need to do the paging. That is what I have in my system. Works fine. My operators have buttons programmed, so they don’t even know the code.
If the code becomes known to too many people – it is easy to change it.
Hope this helps

Okay Zu is there a way to hide the TAC? Our displays are showing the TAC code after someone gets into the paging. Is there a way to hide just that display info?

Not that I know. This has never been a problem or even a question for me. The only other way that I know would be to restrict access by COR.

Alright. Thanks for your help Zu. I work at a hospital and we have had some pretty major issues in the past of people who shouldn't have had access getting on our paging and saying some not so nice things about some Dr's and some of our Admin. So they want it locked up pretty tight.

do you have vectors?

DonBott

They shoot horses, don't they?

How can vector help in this situation? Just curious.
