I have a CS1000E. How can I restrict 1 particular phone from dialing 1800, 1888 - no LD calls - Local calls only

Basically, all you're going to change is the NCOS on the set to be lower than the FRL for TF and LD calls. Of course, this all depends on how well you have your BARS define.
