On your PIX... Try This
access-list 101 permit tcp any host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx eq 80
access-list 101 deny tcp any any eq 80
access-list 101 permit ip any any
access-group 101 in interface inside
This will only allow HTTP access the to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IP address. Allow other access except HTTP will be allowed.
