Hello All,

NEAX2000IPS
MatWorx32 v 10.0.0

We are having an issue with dialing a local cell phone number. The problem seems to be with the 623 prefix. We dial a 9 for an outside line and then dial the number for our calls. As soon as you hit the "3" on 623 the phone flashes restricted. All other prefixes seem to be ok. We do have 1-900 restrictions set but I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with 623 though.

Step by step help would be apreciated. I am not very knowledgable about programing our phone system but have been minimal support for about 3 years. I have done some CAT programing and some MatWorX32 as well.

Thanks for any help,
Daniel Joaquin

can you dial any numbers in the 623 area code?

If not then we need to look at command 8a4005

8A4005>1623:

Post back with what this command info is.

Gary

It tells me Assigned Already.

That is a CAT command right?

Thanks,
Daniel

I tried the first one you listed.
8A4005>1623:
It says Wrong-

Daniel

It says 5123

Daniel

This is strange.

Here is what I got
622 1000
623 5123
624 1001

Then one I know works
686 Wrong

OK. But why 1000? 624 uses 1001. and 686 works and says wrong.

Yep that fixed it!

68 said 1000

Any idea what a number like 5123 would be doing there? Hope I didn't mess anything up!

Daniel
