Restrict other username access

How can you restrict a username that is setup in the system to NOT have access to a specific PC but still have logon rights to all the other PCs in the domain?

Use a GPO to limit access to that machine, make sure that you switch loop back on so that the policy for the machine is enforced over the users policy. Then set the Deny logon locally policy and put the users username in there. Should work
