Hi,

I have a customer who wants to restrict long distance on the extension 230. We created a SC (9N, Dial, N, 51:Restrict). The problem is that this company works with 2 analogue trunks and these two lines are represented on the extension 230. They need to be able to pick up any incoming call either from line1 or line2. So, the SC doesn't make any sense in this case since the user only has to press the line button instead of dialing the 9. Is there a way to restrict the line from the extension? Or the only solution I can figured out is to put Long Distance Code from the CO...

Thanks

You have created the problem by using line appearence keys, use the system as it was designed and he can answer calls from any line but only use 1 :)
