Restrict logons

I'm running 2000 AD...is there a way to restrict users not to be able to logon to servers via remote desktop?

Disable terminal services. Or are their just certain users that you dont want to logon?

yes, i want admins to be able to access the servers.

Set TS to be in remote admin mode and not applicaiton sharing mode. Then regular users can not log in unless you have made them domain admins or assigned them the log on locally right.
