Restrict logon from domain users

Hi,

this may be really simple but i do not know.
we have a domain win xp, is there any way to restrict logon to certain domain users only? or is there a way to show a friendly message to users who get bounced?

Have a look at these two Group Policies and you should be able to get what you want done.

- Allow log on locally
