Restrict Last Appearance not working

I have set a user to 'Restrict Last Appearance? n' but it is still sending the last appearance to coverage. Am I misunderstanding what this feature does?

In the future everything will work...

Restrict last appearance will send calls to cover so the user will have a appearance available for conference or transfer.

What does the cover path look like under the Call Treatment section?

It goes to Audix and the criteria is no, yes, yes, no, no for both inside and outside calls.

NX01: I think the set is "stuck" I would try to TTI out and In and retest.

It's worth a try
