restrict calls to one extension

i have a cm 6 installation,

100 ip phones are installed,
General Manager number is 111
General Manager's secretary number is 112

My requirement , only the secretary should be able to call gm directly , all other extension should not be able to call GM directly.
Ho can i do this ...

An easy way is to just create a coverage path to the secretary. Have ext. 111 hit SAC. all calls cover to the secretary as they should. She can use Priority calling (make her a button on her phone) and she can transfer calls and call him as she needs to.

i did it by changing COR put secretary and manager in one COR, everyone else in another COR with no access to the COR of manager and secretary
