---------------------------
Using: Windows 2000 SP3
Backup Exec 8.6 for Windows
Exchange 2000 SP3
----------------------------
One of our users was accidentaly deleted from our Active Directory and his Exchange 2000 mailbox was purged. Instead of doing an authoritative restore of the user, the account was simply recreated in AD using the same credentials and Exchange alias. When we try to restore the mailbox to this new user/mailbox we get an Access Denied error message. After looking through some support documents on the internet
Is there a simple way, other than authoritatively restoring AD or restoring to a seperate recovery Exchange server, to recover the deleted mailbox to the newly created user in AD?
kind regards,
Jeffrey Kusters
