restoring individual email

such a long answer for a short question. 
The easiest way depends on your backup software as some allow you to peform brick level backups (messages by message) for each mailkbox but I'm assuming you havn't got backup software doing this. The only other way is to create a restoe server in it's own AD forst and an identical exchange organisation. The copy then restore the database from an on-line backup from your production server to the restore server.
