I'm trying to restore some files from a backup tape but I keep getting the same error. "The library is unable to load media at this time because the drive is in use". What does that mean?

And because there is a job running and the tape you want to restore from is in the drive, I'm going to put my money on it overwriting the tape you want to restore from

Either that or the device is just hung. If you are able to - try rebooting and see if that clears things up.
