Restoring Deleted Mailbox
I have a small Exchange '03 Server. While rebuilding a user profile and moving his 40,000 emails from the temporary Network User to his new User (same name as old user) the server ran out of memory and lost about 10,000 emails, contacts and calendar for this user. Basically, it lost whatever was moved back to the new user profile/inbox before it ran out of memory. When I went into the Exchange Mgt, First Storage Group/Mailbox Store to recconnect the mailbox (which I could see) it gave me the following error...
/0=First Organization/OU=First Administration Group/CN=Rob
This legacy Excahnge DN Value is already being used by 'CN=Rob H, OU=SBS Users, OU=Users, OUMybusinessDC=TR,DC=local
Facility: Exchange System Manager
ID no: c1034ad7
Exchange System Manager
Other Note:
The back up tape for that night was not changed out the following night. So, the back up is no good.
