I have Brightstor 9.x, and I'm trying to restore a folder that someone mistakenly deleted in their Outlook. I can see the folder that I want to restore when I go to the "Restore By Tree" option. I select the folder and start the job, but it fails saying something like "Restore Operation Failed 0 Sessions found on Media"...then it says something about using the "Restore by Backup Media" option. I'm trying to figure out if I just need to find the tape that contains the deleted folder and load it into my DLT Library...or do I need to use the other "Backup Media" method...anyone familiar with Brick level backups? THanks
