Restored SQL database left "Loading"

Hi

I've just restored a SQL 2000 database to a rebuilt server (same name and ipaddress). The BE reports the restore as successful but when I enter the SQL manager it says the database is in a "Loading" state.

The veritas website says you must select the "Leave database operational" option, which I have already done.

Any ideas ?
