Restore soft delete items?

Hi,

Please help!

In exchange5.5, we have 30 days mail retention policy which soft delete all mails older than 30 days. We keep them for two more weeks, then hard delete them. Now, I would like to recover some mails for a user. How do I do this? Where should I go? Please help in details!
