Restore single email

Hi,

I'm using Vertias Backup exec 10d to backup an exchange server information store. Previosuly I had used brick level backups, but changed awhile back to backing up only the information store. Now a user has 'lost' some emails and I need to be able to restore these emails. How is this possible? Would I have to restore the entire information store??

IF its exchange 2003 you can use the RSG group in Exchange.
