Restore "Drive Letter" Has no Details

I am using ArcServe BrightStor 11.1, the 2 SDLT's are connected directly to the server, the server has 5 Drive letters. When I choose each drive, I get the following " "c:" has no details, Would you like to Merge the Tapes Now " one of the drives will expand and show information. I don't want to merge the tape unless neccesary, drive F:, G:, and H: have roughly 1.7tb of data each. It would take a long time to merge 5tb of data.

Any suggestions

sounds like database corruption to me, any messages of that kind in the logs ??
If you backup these amounts of data consider taking MicroSoft SQL server as the underlying database server instead of VLDB which comes standard
