Restore Public Folders

Hello, I ran into a problem with Panda Antivirus that made it kill the bodies of e-mails we had coming into public folders. I want to be able to restore the public folders, by putting the contents into a .pst file and then letting my users pick through them how they choose.

What would be the best way to do this?
