restore errors

I have Arcserce 9 build 1868, i have backed up data ok and restored some data recently. Had a server crash and burn today, when i came to retore my data i keep getting an error saying
w3402 unable to create file(file path ect)EC=ACCESS DENIED

Any ideas are very welcome

Patch up the installation - you are running ARCserve unpatched - check here:

Also are there specific files it is having problems restoring? If so, please list a few of them.
