Restore Error

We are currently running into an issue when trying to run restore from our Media Server. When attempting to bring up the "Backup, Archive and Restore" window we are recieving the following error:

Can not connect on Sockets

Has anyone ever ran into this problem or have any suggstions on what would cause this?

I have had this when the demons were not running or the server they were running on was not visable to NB on the network. You need to check if you can connect to the server in question. Can you run a backup?

Yes backups run fine on the server in question.
