Restore error

Hi all

I have an error when trying to merge or restore files from a backup tape.

It cancels itself and gives this error in the activity log

&quot;E3702 UNABLE TO CONNECT TO GROUP (Group=<none>. EC=NON EXISTENT GROUP)

To which ( device ) group does it wants to connect ?? Is this group present and available ??

Can you please tell us how your system is configured?

Also, enable debugging on the Job engine in AS Server Admin. That may help determine what is happening.
